Materials cost breakdown
This package will allow you to see just how much the materials for your own project will come to. This will always be as close to the final cost as possible however there may be fluctuations in certain materials costs and extras that may be needed to factored in and is why at Visionary Spaces we encourage a contingency percentage of you project for any unexpected costs.
Labour and Materials cost breakdown
This is a comprehensive cost for all work to be carried out, this may include a range of professionals from, landscapers, electricians and any other individual who may be needed on your project. This gives the best figure for you project and we do recommend a percentage of the total cost for any unexpected costs and fluctuations in materials priced.
Plant aftercare
At Visionary Spaces, we believe in crafting truly unique landscapes tailored to each project's distinct characteristics. With factors like plants, soil type, sun direction, and location always varying, we meticulously analyse each space to ensure optimal plant selection and thriving conditions. Our aftercare package provides invaluable guidance on plant maintenance, from seasonal changes to pruning tips, empowering our clients to nurture their greenery for a lifetime of flourishing beauty or pass this pack onto your landscaper or gardener.
Lightning Pack
This package will incorporate site analysis where we can then design and place lighting in the best setting alongside the design package or what is already in place. We use clients needs and zones of the garden in order to luminate the space in the best way. This is based on colour lighting and brightness of the lighting used.
Late Alterations
Late alternations sometimes cannot be helped however for major changes in any of the design there will costs incurred. However in any of these cases where major changes are made we make it crystal clear if there will be costs incurred based on clients changes at and different stages of the design.
